Toronto-based group Honors write dramatic, slightly abrasive downtempo
pop songs inspired by a variety of alternative, R&B, hip-hop, and
electronic influences. The group consists of Tyler Armes, Patrick
Gillett, Cameron Hunter, and Andrew Martino, all of whom grew up
together and have been making music since they were students.
Individually, the group's members have worked with Boi 1da and Ludwig
Goransson, producers associated with Drake's OVO Sound. Honors made
their debut at the end of 2016 with a moody slow burner titled "Over."
The track racked up millions of online streams, and was followed by "Say
Yes" and "All My Life" in 2017. | |
